When a Mother is Held,

the Whole System Evolves

Real systemic change starts with how we care for a new mother.

I work with mothers, partners, and the people around them, so that what emerges from the fourth trimester is a woman who steps fully into her rightful place: in her family, her work, her life.

This is care that reaches from the fourth trimester to the boardroom.

Postpartum Preparation for the Whole Family

Postpartum doesn't happen to a mother alone. It happens to a household.

Partners don't know how to help without stepping on toes. Grandparents show up with good intentions and old habits. Everyone loves the baby and no one quite knows how to hold the mother.

This is a guided preparation, before or shortly after birth, for the people around her: what she'll need, what to expect from her body and moods, how to divide the invisible labor, and how to become a support system instead of a source of stress.

What it covers:

🏡 The 5 essentials of postpartum healing, and how each family member can help provide them

🗣️ Direct, practical conversations about roles — who covers what, and when to step back

🌗 What's normal in the fourth trimester (physically and emotionally) so support doesn't turn into worry or judgment

🤝 Tools for partners and extended family to offer help that actually helps

🔄 A shared plan the whole household agrees to before the exhaustion sets in

The workshop sessions include your partner, a parent, a friend, or whoever will be your closest support in the first weeks.

Why This Matters: The Hidden Health Crisis in Postpartum

  • 1 in 5 women experience postpartum depression (WHO).

  • Up to 80% experience the "baby blues" — most with little to no emotional support.

  • Postpartum anxiety affects 10–15% of new mothers, often undiagnosed.

  • Many mothers report chronic fatigue, thyroid imbalance, digestive issues, and autoimmune flare-ups in the first year.

  • Postnatal PTSD affects 3–6% of mothers, often linked to traumatic birth.

  • Untreated perinatal mental health struggles ripple into relationships, self-worth, and bonding — for years.

The system doesn't fail mothers by accident. It fails them by design and that design can change, starting with how you're held right now.

About me

Through this offering and all my work, I am here to help create a cultural shift centering Mothers Care

I’m Videlina Deneva, a holistic health and systemic coach and innate postpartum care practitioner, devoted to restoring the lost wisdom of how we care for mothers, families and future generations.

My work draws from Innate Postpartum Care, physiological baby care, Naturopathy, Bodywork, the science of Neuroplasticity and Systemic Coaching, weaving traditional knowledge with modern insights to offer truly integrated, mother-centered support.

As an expecting Mother, you are the Soil from which Life and Culture grows

Silhouette of a pregnant woman holding a branch with leaves during sunset.

Your well- being and feeling supported is shaping not only your future baby, but the entire family, community, and the emotional resilience of future generations. The lack of care for mothers, becomes a fracture of the roots of society itself.

The medical system rushes through this sacred time — reducing it to checklists, diagnoses, or timelines. The gap between generations, the loss of traditional postpartum wisdom, and the lack of education around mother-centered care have left women to navigate this transition feeling unseen, unsupported, and overwhelmed.

This offering is a reclamation. A restoration of care. A bridge between what modern science knows and what ancestral knowledge has never forgotten.

Videlina helped me relax and deepen my self-care and reflection as an expecting mother. She is grounded, compassionate, and has a contagious positive attitude that instantly put me at ease.
What I loved most was how she met me exactly where I was — no pressure, just presence — and offered practical, nurturing ways to prepare for postpartum, while also helping me understand the deeper psychological transition that comes with becoming a mother.
Highly recommend to any expecting mama who feels the need for an extra empathic hand.

✨ MOTHERS STORIES

A pregnant woman in a white flowing dress standing against a large tree trunk in a natural outdoor setting.
During my postpartum period, I could count on Videlina to help me finally have some time for myself, where I could reconnect with my newly-delivered body and all that rain of emotions that appear with the arrival of a baby.

As a new mother, we often forget the importance of looking at ourselves and only focus on that new little human being. But Videlina, with her sweet and empathetic way, led my postpartum care, with Moxa, feet reflexology and closing of the bones, which allowed me to fully embrace this new woman, now also a mother (with her joys, but also fears) that had arisen.
I chose her to have by my side during this period and I would do it again without thinking. Thank you, Videlina. ♥️

I struggled with fears around birth, which created stress and tension in my relationship. I felt this had to do with my own history and I felt overwhelmed by the mess of emotions.
Working with Videlina helped me realize that these fears were not something to fix, but signals of the deep inner transformation. She helped me approach them with compassion and creativity, and I felt free.
I’m so grateful to have had this support — to move through my primal fears and not feel ashamed but more connected to my baby, partner and my own history. I wish every mother could feel held in this way and embrace the path of motherhood with more support and empathy.
