Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (i.e. the day you confirm your booking).

Phone: 004915215957443, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it's not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days from the day I receive notice of your withdrawal. I will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Important — early performance: If you asked for the service to begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and you later withdraw, you must pay an amount proportional to what was already provided up to the point you informed me of your withdrawal, compared to the full scope of the contract.

Your right of withdrawal expires early if: the service has been fully performed, but only if I began performance after you gave your express consent, and you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed by me.
