Data Privacy Policy Last updated: July 8. 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Videlina Deneva ("I," "me," "my"), operator of holisticlive.net, collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data protection law (BDSG).

2. What data I collect, and why

‍ ‍

a) When you visit the website This site is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace automatically processes technical data (IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URL) to deliver the site and keep it secure. This is necessary for operating the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website). I do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tracking tool. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where legally required, a consent banner will be added before any non-essential cookies are set.

‍ ‍

b) When you book a free consultation Booking is handled through Calendly (Calendly, LLC / Calendly Ireland Ltd). When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any details you enter, in order to schedule and confirm the appointment. This is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Calendly's own privacy policy applies to their processing: https://calendly.com/privacy

‍ ‍

c) When you contact me or book a paid service (e.g. the Holistic Perinatal Care Audit) If you email or message me to arrange a paid session, I collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to share about your situation so I can prepare and deliver the service, and I send you an invoice. This is processed to perform our contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I use Gmail (Google Ireland Ltd) as my email provider; Google processes this correspondence on my behalf under its own data processing terms.

‍ ‍

d) Health-related information you share with me Because of the nature of my work, you may choose to tell me about your physical or emotional health, pregnancy, or postpartum experience. This is "special category" data under Art. 9 GDPR. I only process it because you have actively and voluntarily provided it to me in order to receive the service (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR — your explicit consent). You are never obligated to share more than you're comfortable with, and you may ask me to delete this information at any time.

‍ ‍

3. Who I share data with I don't sell your data or share it for advertising. Data may be seen by the service providers named above (Squarespace, Calendly, Google), each acting as a processor strictly to provide their service to me. I do not use any other analytics, advertising, CRM, or payment-processing tool at this time. If I introduce online payments (e.g. PayPal or Stripe) in the future, this policy will be updated before that processor handles any of your data.

‍ ‍

4. International data transfers Squarespace and Google may process data outside the EU/EEA (e.g. in the United States). Where this happens, it is based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism under Art. 46 GDPR, as implemented by those providers.

‍ ‍

5. How long I keep your data

‍ ‍

  • Contact/booking inquiries that don't lead to a service: deleted after 12 months of inactivity.

  • Client and invoice data: kept for 10 years as required by German tax law (§ 147 AO), even for small businesses (Kleinunternehmer).

  • Health-related notes you've shared: kept only as long as needed to provide follow-up support, or until you ask me to delete them, whichever is sooner.

‍ ‍

6. Your rights Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

‍ ‍

  • Access the personal data I hold about you (Art. 15)

  • Have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16)

  • Have your data deleted, where legally possible (Art. 17)

  • Restrict processing (Art. 18)

  • Receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)

  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)

  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting past processing (Art. 7(3))

  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Berlin, this is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (www.datenschutz-berlin.de)

‍ ‍

To exercise any of these, email videlinaden@gmail.com.

‍ ‍

7. Children's privacy This service is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has shared personal data with me, contact me and I will delete it.

‍ ‍

8. Changes to this policy If I change how I process data (e.g. adding analytics, online payments, or a newsletter tool), I will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
