Perinatal Holistic Care is in Honor of the Ancestral Wisdom of Humanity and is dedicated to Future Generations.
Redefine leadership, and you'll find mothers already there — holding the cradle, holding the future.
My path started in the most physical, hands-on end of this work: years spent with babies, toddlers, and families, building deep trust with parents across many backgrounds. Again and again, I saw the same root cause behind a family's struggles — a mother who hadn't been held, seen, or supported through her own transformation. That realization changed the direction of my work entirely.
It's what led me to train in Systemic Business Coaching (Fired Up Space, 2026) alongside my background in perinatal and holistic health because supporting a mother well means supporting the whole system she moves through: her partner, her family, and her professional life.
My work is grounded in human-centered care — the understanding that postpartum support isn't a private, individual matter, but a critical layer of how resilient families, workplaces, and communities are built. Where that layer is missing, the effects ripple outward: into burnout, into fractured partnerships, into the quiet attrition of talented women from leadership. Where it's present, it becomes a foundation for generational wellbeing. This is the layer I research and work within and it's the layer I believe deserves a seat in every serious conversation about societal health.
I now work at that intersection: preparing families for the fourth trimester, and coaching the women navigating who they're becoming at home and in their leadership.
This work is also rooted in something older. Long before modern systems existed, women were held through this transformation by their communities — through presence, tradition, and care passed from one generation to the next. Much of that has been lost. Part of what I do is bring it back, grounded in both ancestral practice and current research.
