THE MAGNIFICENT POSTPARTUM BRAIN

Postpartum depression is the natural consequence of lack of care, support, inner awareness, exhaustion, sleep deprivation, loneliness, and nutritional depletion.

The 42 days after giving birth are crucial for the next 42 years of the Mother’s life.

The brain is going through tremendous change, with its increased neuroplasticity, many new neuron connections are being created. Therefore taking care of the Mother’s mental wellness during the Prenatal and Postpartum Periods is essential for the whole family’s well-being.

Mental Wellness Care with Neurographica is an organic method of organizing and reorganizing neural connections based on the principle of neuroplasticity. This technique communicates with the subconscious and dormant neuro connections are activated allowing negative emotions, anger, fear, and insecurity to being released, processed, and transformed. It increases the effectiveness of communication, creates synergy, decreases stress, prevents depression, and explores innovative solutions in conditions of uncertainty.

It is a combination of Psychology and Art and all Women I have worked with it, are acknowledging how much this method helps them to connect deeply to the often suppressed nature, bringing them into a place of insights, serenity, and greater inspiration and activated willpower.

I welcome Mothers to begin Neurographica during the prenatal period. In this way, you can face and release deeper fears about Birth and motherhood, and old forgotten traumatic experiences from childhood can be transformed. This is a way to clean the path and open energy to the beautiful Motherhood you desire to have.

Knowing yourself on a deeper level is essential for feeling rooted after giving Birth. Most Women experience “feeling lost” together with other postpartum mental diseases. The dark period of the first 3 years after giving birth is also the greatest potential for Mothers to recreate the Self and enter into Motherhood much more vital, empowered, and ingenious.

“By itself, the therapy moved me during its performance and, today, two days later I already feel signs of it reverberating in my daily life. I feel more centered, aware, and focused on my internal issues. I am immensely grateful for having had this experience with you, dear Videlina.” Camille

“Underneath is the Earth, it is full of experience, challenges, and emotions. Above are the growing flowers. They are pointing to the solutions. The flowers are watered with courage, sadness, and happiness. It feels good to know what I have to change inside.” Karen

CLOSING OF THE BONES

An Innate Cross-Cultural, Postpartum Practice

Closing of the Bones is done with a woven hand-made natural fabric scarf, called Rebozo, meaning "an extension of loving hands". The ceremony originates from the old Mexican, Moroccan, and Slavic midwife traditions. These cultures acknowledged the altered state of consciousness the woman goes through during childbirth.

Childbirth is the most energetically charged place from which the relationship with your child is built. The woman opens up on a bodily and energetic level, to let the baby out and stays "open" after childbirth. She "splits," loses her integrity, and needs to be put back together again.

Rebozo massage is a gentle, and very effective technique based on rocking, vibration, twisting, light stretching, and compression. In the embrace of it, you will feel calm, safe, and warm, and your body and mind will relax. Applied in the atmosphere of a ceremony, you will be able to live the Birth again, accept and release the weight of it if you had unmet expectations, and move into the Matriarch’s Rite of Passage.

Closing of the Bones is recommended to all women who have had traumatic experiences and fears related to pregnancy and childbirth, even if they were decades ago.

Feet Reflex Massage

Feet Reflex massage is known for the promotion of wellness, especially in the field of maternal and child health. The massage delivers an abundance of relaxation throughout your body and mind and improves the connection between them. The reduction of tension also improves blood supply, ensures smooth functioning of the nervous system, and restores harmony or homeostasis of all bodily functions. The immune defense is strengthened, and the vitality of the body is renewed. Once relaxed, the body, mind, and spirit are charged with the best conditions for self-healing and postpartum recovery.
